Race 1

Glen Kotzen
No 1 Inertia - Has his third run since being gelded. He goes back to
the minimum trip and we are looking for an improved performance from
him.
No 11 Quick Star - Doing well but might find the trip on the sharp side.
No 12 Spring Fling - Choked up in his last run over 1600 meters. We have
brought him back to a sprint and expect a better run here..

Race 2

Glen Kotzen
No 4 Princess Elsa - Went too fast in her last run over 1250 meters.
She is back over the 1000 meters trip and should give a good account
of herself.
Piet Steyn
No 1 Alpha Saphire - Will need the run
Candice Bass-Robinson
No 8 Petite Bijou - Nice filly but will definitely need this run.
Greg Ennion
No 9 Surprise Approach - Nice filly but will probably need further
Justin Snaith
No 10 What A Red - Will need the run

Race 3

Glen Kotzen
No 4 Pearl Tiara - Will need the run

No 6 Sans Regrets - Doing well, might just need it a little bit
Candice Bass-Robinson
No 8 Rock Trip : First run out the maidens and will have a good chance
in an open race.
No 9 Cruise Along : She ran on well in her comeback run. poorly drawn
with luck in the running she could be very competitive.
No 11 Flower Of Carmel : Consistent filly. With a low weight,
claiming, she can have a money chance
No 12 Viva Le Bleu : Good first run in the Cape, 3 lengths back.

Joe Ramsden
No 1 Dynasty's Blossom - A little bit short but doing well
No 3 Intothelimelight - Doing well, should have a chance
Glen Kotzen
No 6 Glamorous Life - Was caught wide in her latest run. From a good
draw she should be competitive.
Candice Bass-Robinson
No 2 Raya Baya : First run back for the season over a trip short of
her best but should run well fresh.
No 3 Intothelimelight : Same circumstance as Raya Baya, expecting a
good run fresh.
No 8 Extradite : Never far off them and hopeful of a good run with
Fourie up in an open race.

Race 5

Joe Ramsden
No 6 Rock My Soul - A little bit short but doing well
Justin Snaith
No 7 Love Happens - Doing well at home, each way chance.

Race 6

Glen Kotzen
No 1 Fellow Traveller - Did not enjoy the cornel collar in his last
run. Look for an improved effort here.
No 8 Herodotus - Is a smart sort. Although just coming out the maiden
ranks he should run a competitive race
Candice Bass-Robinson
No 3 What A Joker : Never stayed last start. Down in trip and doing
well. Good winning chance.

Race 7

Glen Kotzen
No 9 Annie Johnson - Choked up on debut. She should run a better race
with the tongue tie fitted.
No 11 Fat Lady Sings - Raced green on debut. She should improve with
the experience under her belt.
Candice Bass-Robinson
No 10 Dream a Dream : Very green on debut and will needs a few runs
for experience before we can fancy her.
No 13 Marie Antoinette : Better distance for her but drawn poorly.
Should be running on well.
No 15 Star Fighter : Would be very confident had she not been drawn 12
but hoping for some luck.

Race 8

Dean Kannemeyer
No 12 Polly's Destiny - Improving, may need one more run but can be
included in exotics.
Glen Kotzen
No 8 Apache Squaw - Needed her last run after a rest and will improve.
No 3 Cantata - Looks to be my best runner on the day. She was touched
off last time and we hoping to go one better.
Candice Bass-Robinson
No 14 Silken Thread : Doing well at home and expecting a nice run from
her. Quartet inclusion.
