TRAINER CHAMPIONSHIP - July2019

I enjoy getting some all to comes onto trainer championship so i maybe get a nice BONUS payment end of July. I see HOLLYWOOD have Justin Snaith at .72 and SEAN TARRY at 1.33. with the gauteng and durban seasons coming ... i would love to hear from ABC members which way they tilt . Surely only these 2 in race. i see SEAN r2.3 mill ahead and 3 winners behind ( with 53 more runs under the belt.)
i going for SEAN but would love to hear.

Snaith 11.4 million
Tarry 10.6 million
MDK 8.9 million

MDK has a very strong box of 3 year olds this season. depending how he uses them he could be a threat.

Snaith not getting that extra band from PE like previous seasons

Tarry does not have a stand out superstar now that LE getting on in years.

so quite a challenge to pick a winner

There are huge discrepancies between NHRA and the stats on Gallop and TAB. Gallop and TAB shows Tarry at R14,621,538 compared to NHRA R10,788,038. Snaith on Gallop and TAB show R12,291,362 compared to NHRA R11,284,813. De Kock amazingly is shown as the same on all 3 sites with R8,985,075.

How can there be such huge discrepancies in the stats of the top 2 trainers and who is correct, Gallop and TAB or NHRA?

Ok I see if click on "Include Restricted Stakes" on the NHRA website the figures tie up more or less to the other two.

My take is this will be decided on the performances over the KZN feature season. For me, Snaith will have more quality in his arsenal and will sneak it. As has been posted, Tarry a bit light on the ground when compared to previous seasons with classic horses.
