Trainer Comments

Race 1
Karen Anthony
No 4 Keep On Cruising - She returns from a break. She seems to have
matured and we hope to see improvement from her.
Tony Rivalland
No 3 Jenny Denny - Ran a good barrier trial after a lengthy break from
racing and if not just in need of the run, should run a good race
Duncan Howells
No 1 Adona - Returns from a rest. Can be in the first three

Race 2
Michael Roberts
No 1 Dallas - Ran a good second after a short break. He is in good nick and i
expect him to run a big race here.
Paul Lafferty
No 2 Mokoko - Was extremely unlucky last time out and should have an
outstanding chance to make amends.
No 3 Sauvage - Has a place chance
Nathan Kotzen
No 7 Shady Grey - Had a bad barrier trial and will need to show more

Race 3
Karen Anthony
No 11 Zadora - Is a consistent 5 year old mare. Her work at home is
good and hoping she runs another honest race.
Dennis Bosch
No 5 Victory Trip - Her last run can be ignored. Although she has a
wide draw, she is a very game filly and should be there at the finish.
Paul Peter
No 1 Afrostar - Returns from a rest but has been working well. If she
takes to the poly track she should be a big runner.
Duncan Howells
No 2 Accidental Tourist - Has a big weight to carry. Quartet chance

Race 4
Karen Anthony
No 8 African Diva - Is back over 1400 meters which she should be more
suited to. Her work at home has been good and we hope to finish in the
money.
Dennis Bosch
No 3 Kir - Has her first run for the stable. She is in a good space
and i'm hoping for a decent run from her
Paul Peter
No 6 Destinys Game - Is coming along steadily and has an each way chance
Paul Lafferty
No 5 Allez Les Bleu - Has consistent form and has a good chance here.
Nathan Kotzen
No 1 Amex - Has some solid form and should once again run a big race
Alistair Gordon
No 4 Belther - Was a bit keen last time. I have made some equipment
changes and she should be running on well at the finish.

Race 5
Dennis Bosch
No 1 Seek The Summit - Needs to be ridden in a certain manner. If
things go her way she can certainly run into the money.
Paul Peter
No 5 Quebec Queen - Tries the poly track and is in with an each way chance
Nathan Kotzen
No 2 Master Keys - Is probably prefer the grass but i'm expecting a
good run. Should be in the first three

Race 6
Dennis Bosch
No 2 Secret Dynasty - Has his second run after his gelding. He has
been battling to find his best form but we have opted to drop him down
in distance and will see how he goes.
Lola Crawford
No 3 Silver Cent - Seems to be plagued by bad draws but he seems to
have found his best form again hopefully can run another nice race
Tony Rivalland
No 10 Lotsa Silver - Tries 1400 meters and is in with a place chance

Race 7
Dennis Bosch
No 2 Laat Lammetjie - Has a wide draw to overcome. She has ability but
just needs things to go her way in running.Quartet chance.
Tony Rivalland
No 9 On The Bright Side - Recently won her maiden over this trip. She
has a place chance.
Alistair Gordon
No 11 Bronnie - Has her first run out of maiden company and we will
just see how she goes
Duncan Howells
No 4 Grecian Laurel - Has been a little disappointing. If she
reproduces her best form she could finish in the money

Race 8
Julie Dittmer
No 9 Chatty Cathy - Is better than her last run. She also seems to
prefer the grass to the poly track and takes on competitive field.
Michael Roberts
No 10 Viti Levu - She's drawn very wide and needs to do more to be
competitive here.
Duncan Howells
No 2 Crystal Ball - Tries blinkers for the first time and i expect a forward run
No 12 Holy Flame - Could make the back end of quartets

Also why MANTLE should win easy, because if you look at the 2 barrier trails she has had over the 1000m poly

1st barrier trail (1st time on the track) finishing 13.35 lengths off the first place horse DAREDEVIL AVIATOR

2nd Barrier trail (2nd time on the track) finishing 0.25 lengths off RUNAWAY GAL, behind MANTLE in that barrier trail was 3 merit rated 82 horses!!
