Race 1
Doug Campbell
No 7 Ruby Cove - Improved last run. Hoping to get into the placings
No 4 Ruby Slippers - She's always thereabouts and should again be in
the shake up
Nathan Kotzen
No 2 Summer Day - Has been narrowly beaten in her last two runs and
should again have a good each way chance
No 10 Valkyrie Silk - Will be better suited to a longer trip but can
be included in quartets
Race 2
Wayne Badenhorst
No 7 Just Prime - Has his first run back since being gelded. His work
at home has been good but he may just need this run.
Dennis Bosch
No 4 Mighty Gemini - He's been a bit disappointing. He does have
ability but needs to up his game a bit.
Alyson Wright
No 2 White Cedar - He's well and i'm expecting another nice run
Nathan Kotzen
No 6 Hacksaw Ridge - Will be trying 1400 meters and we hoping to see
some improvement
No 9 Nisidominus - Will be doing his best work late. Outside place chance
Race 3
Dennis Bosch
No 7 Duzi Moon - He's course and distance suited but takes on a very
competitive field.
Michael Roberts
No 5 Solid Gold - He's a nice horse and with the 4 kilo claimer, he
should be a big runner.
Pat Lunn
No 3 Ronnie Rocket - His work at home has been good. He is holding
form and should again be in the money
Race 4
Pat Lunn
No 5 Greenlight Gatsby- Is distance suited and he should have an each way chance
Darryl Moore
No 6 Tiago Real - He will be fitted with the blinkers and we hope to
see some improvement
Race 5
Brett Crawford/Peter Muscutt
No 3 Zanzibarian - Steps up to 2000 meters after a good run over 1600
meters last time. It is his second run after a rest and if that
doesn't affect him he should be competitive.
Race 6
Alyson Wright
No 4 Roy's Phsyco - He's fit and well and we're hoping to go one better
Brett Crawford/Peter Muscutt
No 2 Isikheto - Is holding form. She returns to the poly track which
is probably more suited to her. Can be included in quartets
Race 7
Michael Roberts
No 10 Carlburg - Disappointing recently and is not well drawn
No 3 The Private - Good recent form and from a good draw should run
another big race.
Brett Crawford/Peter Muscutt
No 8 Gimme A Cohiba - Has some strong Cape form. He is drawn a bit
wide but will be running on and should be included in quartets
Race 8
Michael Roberts
No 9 Dale House - Disappointing last run but he has a good draw and a
light weight to carry and should be competitive
Paul Gadsby
No 1 Arrow Mark - Will be trying the blinkers and he should be in the first 4
Darryl Moore
No 6 Grand Maestro - He's fit and well and should be competitive
Doug Campbell
No 7 Ruby Cove - Improved last run. Hoping to get into the placings

RACE ONE
The favorite has a Deep Draw and also on the poly for the first time,But last race was very impressive 0.20 lengths behind the winner UFO and was not striding out
Because of the deep draw I think the favorite will be running on from the back and the line will come in time for RUBY SLIPPERS!!!
Equipment Change for RUBY SLIPPERS, tongue Tie off
IGNORE LAST RUN COMPLETELY,RUBY SLIPPERS JUMPED AWKWARDLY, THOUGH HAVING POLE POSITION DRAW,FADED RIGHT BACK TO SIT IN LAST PLACE,CAST SHOE AND HUNG!!
Still did not run a Bad Race for been 22/10 favorite, running on from last to finish in 5th 2.30 lengths off the winner not the strongest field, but if everything went well would of surely won by a couple of lengths
Second to last race she was running from a Draw of 9-11 and finished 0.15 lengths of the winner
3rd career run over the 1600m 2nd to limestone lady 1 length of!! their has been 4winners from that form line, lady Sharon finished last in that race, has come out to win
Repeats that run and race over!!
RUBY SLIPPERS (WIN)
