Race 1: Silvari looks the right one here, although Rubix brings Gauteng form and must be respected. Chestnut Legacy and Mystic Journey for minor money.
Race 2: Elusive Green is overdue her maiden win, and should be too good for this field if seeing out the trip. Dettie, Hippie Trail and Duke of Hazard to follow her home.
Race 3: We are giving Wood for the Trees a run here despite being way under sufferance, as there just haven’t been suitable races for him. There are quite a few with chances- my short list is Sabattical, Mangrove and Sea Bean.
Race 6: Juan Two Three comes back from a break, but he is the class horse and I pick him to repeat his victory of last year in this contest. Pacific Spirit is his main danger.

STRONG PLACES ON ROSSLYN CHAPEL

9 runs back Ran 1.35 lengths(5th place) of MANGROVE over this C/D,ROSSLYN CHAPEL WOULD OF FINISHED IN THE PLACING BUT IT WAS A BIG FIELD AND COULD NOT GET A GAP

2 runs after that came out to win by 3.25 lengths from draw 10-11 FVP 1900m

Rosslyn chapel Drawn better today and carrying 10kgs lesser than mangrove

I see how you reading the card Biggie but other formlines came into play in that race.
Aranjuez beat Rosslyn Chapel last time by 7.25 lengths and RC was only receiving 1 kg's so if you liked RC then your money should have been on Aranjuez.
I know, easy to say after the race.
Not that I backed Aranjuez either.
