SCOTIA AFTER THE WEEKEND.

Good morning to the CLAN and thanks for the emails of support.

I don't want us to think that anything major event has happened with the site, its business as normal and I do expect a slight downturn before an upwards swing would take place.

The only difference in my approach is that I intend to keep clear of personal attacks on individuals and I have no intention of creating opportunities for members of the legal profession to get rich due to Forum posts, so lets just have fun again and try and be positive and constructive with the posts.

I would say to our numerous voyeurs, don't be afraid to ask genuine questions on betting and horses, many posters have vast knowledge and have been in the game for years and I am sure they are prepared to share their experience and get more punters involved in what can be a very hard game at times.

I managed to survive a difficult weekend for punters, mainly due to me being at the Man.Unt game on Saturday and to be fair they totally outplayed the local Chiefs.
It was basically a full house, but the gate we were instructed to enter had been closed causing confusion and congestion, however I would say it was a success for local organisation in readiness for the World Cup, plus the drinks before and after the game made the experience special for the "boy wonder" and myself, nothing wrong with a bit family bonding, especially when you meet the dolly birds that are his varsity friends.

Its not a normal boring Monday and we have racing from the Vaal, Yarmouth and Southwell, not to mention the tote lottery from France.
At Yarmouth Leftontheshelf should win the opener and for the punters playing exotics Fazbee is a banker and That Look should also go close.
Southwell where Night of Fortune is a strong fancy.

Good punting!

Morning Cat and thanks for the input.

It is not my intention to stop highlighting concerns about "tote based products", "the lights","selling of assets" etc, but I felt in the past we may have been ignored due to our approach and it is my intention to try and get the voice of ABC heard. I am also aware "been there done that and got the T shirt",but I want to give it another chance.
I will remain independent, but would like to open as many doors as possible and encourage communication, the end result for racing and racehorse owners to be the winners.
