Must say popped over for a few hours and a wonderful vibe met many racing people that have not seen for sometime.
Its a very positive sale, not sure how many buy backs etc?
I have a few pics as the venue and event was extremely well organised.
Congrats to all involved.
Hope this is an upswing for racing

It's been a good sale for us. Dave describes the vibe very well. TBA have really looked after us.
There have been horses for everybody. We got 4 horses on our value list yesterday and one of our "big" ones, lot 315, today. Mauritzfontein also sent us lot 2, the half Sister to Zen Arcade, to lease.
Tomorrow we look at 2 horses from our value list and may have a dip at one of our "big" ones. Overall, we have enjoyed the Sale and are happy with what we have.
We still have some Owners who have given us budgets and we may be lucky to find them one from our approved list ....
Our horses which we have purchased are for our Owners in the yard and are all taken.
We will also still look at one or two on spec.
We started our inspections on Saturday and have put in many miles, as we went through most of the catalogue. It has been good to have the results of these efforts, in terms of helping us to assess the Sale quality overall.
As has been the case for quite a few years, nobody beats Pippa/ Avontuur, when it comes to presenting absolutely stunning yearlings at the Sale . Also, the rest are probably the highest overall quality that we have ever seen at a Sale. Well done to TBA and the Breeders.
