R4, Milton (5/1) must be a blinder in terms of the race conditions and handicapping. On it's last run where Milton met both Run Red (33/10) and Ready Steady Go (4/1), at the weight turn-around, Milton is 13.5kgs better off than Run Red for a 2.75 length beating, and 10.0kgs better off than Ready Steady Go for a 1.50 length beating.
Played the double with Bize, R6 at Turffontein, who is well treated in a plated race, and looks to be a very progressive sort.

Going to play around with these.
1 Veratrum, very well bred. May be a tad short but at this age maybe not a factor.
2 Bright Eyed Girl
3 forest field
4 Man about Town, long odds but a sneaker
5 Green Archer not confident
6 Nastergal, really fancy this to be thereabouts
7 Vardy, fitness could be on his side
8 The perfect Wave
Enjoy it today guys.

R6, don't leave Shamrock Wind out of your play, wouldn't be surprised to see this one pop up. Would be nice to know the reasons for her two breaks, having said that, she must have tons of ability. Won her debut by 11 lengths, and attracted money in her last start, the dreaded second run after a rest. Drop in class, coupled with a fairly decent draw could see her involved in the finish. Just heard (from the tv) the stable are of the opinion she will run a big race, so what more do we need?

Looks like the high/stand-side draws are the place to be up the straight, Fayd'Herbe to get it right in the 2nd:)
