Hollywood again....

After doing FICA instore at the Boksburg branch begining of April 2019, ID and bank statement the works, I was able to withdraw some cash... after 2 hours wait.

Today just now, I'm trying to withdraw, cash to be deposited into my account.
I noticed that my bank details were not stated on my account via tha Hollywood app... account not FICA'd?, my bank account details not stated anywhere, proof given to the client training manager Andiswa, ID and bank statement, again emailed while I'm in the branch.

Im already waiting an hour... Andiswa is trying her best, Hollywood support failing her and me..

Still waiting...

Does anyone else have a problem with the online site, it kinda collapses and one cannot bet. It happens often - an error has occurred.
