ABC Horse of the Year!

Ok guys lets list the best ABC owned Horses of 2007-08 Season.

Now I don't know all the entrants - maybe Cuckoo can list those many athletes.

Although as far as ythe top ABC honour - it's gotta be JJ!!!

But what about 2yr old - Filly etc...

Anyhow guys, Ouzo to all ABC ownners on a great year guys, and all the best in 2008-09!

The first was a Joke but in all seriousnes have to second you on this Cat. If it has to be local then I would have to go for Pocket Power. Has won SA's most prestigious races in the same year.

Think "year of the horse" rules need to change.

Many top horses now over the seas and running with distinction.

Some are not finishing their seasons in SA.

Points system on wins/places in GR1,GR2,GR3 Listed events both Locally and abroad would give a better view of the best horsies for the year.

Locally with Pocket Power for the title. Would he have the same record if some of the better over the seas horsies stayed for me - nope.

Have to agree with both 'overal' HOY - but how about the divisional winners - 3yr 2yr old Filly Colt - Sprinter - Route etc.
