Lol - you are not asking for much, are you ..... I'll see what I can do, but it is not rocket science .... just compare the MR to the weight to be carried, and it becomes pretty clear ....

There is a best weighted table in the computer form for each race

For the desperate ....
R1: F&M handicap on the Poly - so all running off their correct weights as per current ratings; Township Melody won this race last year, but surely has a tough task this year at the weights; Diamond Noir very capable on the surface and good value imo at 11s; another who can run into the first 3 despite a wide draw, is Accidental Tourist who has featured in 8 out of 11 tries this track and trip
R2: Pinnacle Stakes on the Poly, but not too much between the top ones at the weights; Captain's Girl best in (only just) from Quinlan; neither of these have won on the Poly yet, but Quinlan ran a close 2nd behind Chantyman on the Poly and is weighted to turn the table on that one, but has a wide draw; Attenborough has the draw and may now prefer this surface; Kissable has won twice this track and trip and although out at the weights may run them off their feet; very open race imo and not too many can be seen as optimistic entries
R3: July Consolation where Silver God and Top Classman come in under sufferance; Bunker Hunt very good last run, but has to give weight to the others and the stable mate may be alive as Fourie is riding him; Zillzaal as mentioned imo a few points better than rated, but may lack extra the last bit; nothing between Captain and Master, The Dazzler and Shenanigans on their runs behind Baharin; another open race; I think a lot will depend on the pace ....
To be continued ....

R4: Very interesting contest; all but 5 of them are 3.5 kgs and more out with Sunshine Silk (Major Return is out as much as 7.5 kgs) - which over this distance amounts to quite a few lengths; Sunshine Silk gives the impression that she is best at a galloping track, so despite being best in, could be vulnerable here - and she also may be held by Walter Smoothie on the Caradoc Cup run on 30 March; Flitchity by Farr and Dynasty's Blossom are both very capable staying fillies who have beaten each other in their last 2 runs and as such at the odds Dynasty's Blossom looks good value; then we have the favorite Strathdon who seems held by Dynasty's Blossom on their runs behind Liege, but in turn should hold Walter Smoothie on their runs behind Gimme One Night in Jan .... I think to be safe one needs all 5 in the P6
R5: Juvenile fillies going 1400 round the Greyville turn - luck in running the decisive factor and a wide draw not necessarily the kiss of death depending on pace; Cavivar and Miss Florida the ones to beat on the Alan Robertson, but a lot could change over the extra 200 around the Greyville turn; What You Are seems good value after winning well over this trip last time, having found some trouble in the Alan Robertson; True to Life has been finding support in the market so can't be ignored either; nothing between Victoria Paige and Mawsool on their last meeting; so the budget will dictate on how many to include
R6: Male equivalent of the 5th; once again the Gold Medallion winner stands out, and he has at least won convincingly over 1400 on his debut; so many people will rely on him as a banker in a tricky P6; if he does get beat, imo the pay-out will soar; main dangers imo stable mate Putontheredlight and Invidia, with the de Kock runner Aqua Delta maybe a bit of a dark horse

Re: Calling Frodo

R7: The Big One; although a handicap, many horses on official ratings come in here somewhat under sufferance ....; Tilbury Fort 0.5 kg, Eyes Wide Open 1 kg, Barahin, Made to Conquer and Roy Had Enough 1.5 kg, Return Flight, Fresnay, Miyabi Gold and Camphoratus 2 kg and Doublemint a whopping 3.5 kgs. So the question to be answered is how accurate the ratings are; on my ratings, Tilbury Fort and Doublemint (on his Met run) are very well in - but that would be with Rainbow Bridge best rated at 118; problem is that both Tilbury Fort and Doublemint come of 2 below-form runs - still Tilbury Fort has run 3,2 lengths behind Soqrat giving that one 3 kgs - and here will RECEIVE 3 kgs from Hawwaam - so at the very least TF can't be ignored; neither can Doublemint on his MET effort; Made to Conquer strictly on his July run last year has to be respected (6 kgs better off with Do It Again for 1.25 lengths); Twist of Fate getting 2 kgs from Hawwaam would put them very close together; Divine Odyssey 5.5 kgs better off with Hawwaam for a 4.25 length beating; Eyes Wide Open has found form; the list goes on .... even Lady in Black 4 kgs better off with Do It Again for a 3 length beating in the Gold Challenge; so my advice is to load up and don't be scared to back one or two of these longer priced runners (especially each-way) who all provide good value imo

R8: Listed handicap where Captain of Tortuga and Luna Child are 1 kg out at the weights and Tommy Grand 5 kgs out; competitive race where the principals seem to be Infamous Fox, Sniper Shot, Thanksgiving, Tristful and Crown Towers; for me I like Sniper Shot at this track - good value if returning to the form which saw him run 2 lengths behind Undercover Agent and 1.25 lengths behind Do It Again at level weights
R9: Garden Province or is it the Oh Susanna benefit; imo she is 5 or 6 points too high in the ratings, but even at 110 or 111 she looks hard to beat; the danger imo is Santa Clara, who easily held off Front and Centre in the Fillies Guineas before disappointing in the Woolavington, which may have been too far for her at this stage; I'm going to take a chance with those 2 in the last leg of the P6.
The other 3 races don't really interested me, so just to point out that in the 11th both Van Halen and Mighty High are rated 4.5 kgs clear of their nearest opposition; neither have run on the Poly though, so it may not be the dumbest idea to go against them
Enjoy
