The replay is concerning.
I like both Jocks and their riding styles. Always been a Muzi fan as Lyle been around since the other day.
Here is the thing though -- Do you guys know that they are good mates?

All in the name of trying to be champion jockey perhaps.
I'm a huge Muzi fan and he is one of the most open and friendliest jockies around.
Good luck to both today, the best man/ jock might not win today and the championship, perhaps the jockey with the better stable, horses and rides.

The other inquiry on Monday concerning comments made by Muzi during a race are more concerning seemingly

After he won with Running Brave, in the interview when discussing the Championship it was in total contrast of what happened in the second race.

The behaviour of both jockeys was disgraceful and needs urgent action. The issue is not who you believe was more or less professional or responsible at all. The fact that both of their actions destroyed the chances of both of their mounts and that the Owner, Trainer & Punter never got a run for their money is actually the issue.
What would be the headline if either of the horses were favourite???

Seemingly shouting "take him out" to another jock during a race
Lyle complained, Muzi denied, Cheyne backed Lyle up

For me personally the champion jockey should not be decided on the basis of number of winners in a season, the "have saddle, will travel" brigade.
To me the best jockey should be decided on percentage winners in a season (with a minimum number of rides specified to keep it fair).
Just my humble opinion of course.

If Muzi wins, he will become the 1st black jockey to win the title.
You can see why he wants to go into the history books!

I believe it should be done on the amount of winners....
Muzi and Lyle must be fecking knackered
Look at all the senior pros, they have all booked two weeks off at the end of the season.. Marcus, Offer etc
Muzi will be right back on it
