Carefull what you say about them Bayern, I had my account closed for badmouthing them.
Before the July they asked me to Fica and reinstated me.Last week i referred a friend and the next day my acc was closed again,..this time without reason.

Tried to get a bet on Cane Lime 'N Soda, 4 times, i shit you not. As soon as the race jumped, the site said something to the effect that the market was "in-active" - really? The other peculiarity i noticed, as soon as one wants to take a bet,l the odds shorten by a point, time they jump, the odds are a lot bigger than your shortened odds, has anyone noticed this? Who really cares if they close my account, i'll just go back to the tote.

Trying to place a bet, I have plenty funds. It says that I have insufficient funds, 0 balance. WTF!!! trying to call them, line busy.... What a bloody circus!

How about an explanation why they requested me to Fica and allow me to deposit and bet for over 6 weeks and then after referring a friend then just close my account again?
I am close to losing my cool and badmouthing them again!

Told you by PM that it would have been a general email to "dorment" accounts and you slipped through again , and to accept the fact that your account was closed by Hollywood and move on... They are only bookmakers

Complaints about British betting companies have soared by almost 5,000 per cent in the last five years, according to Gambling Commission statistics.

The figures, obtained by the BBC's Panorama, showed there were a record 8,266 complaints to the industry regulator in 2018 compared to 169 in 2013.

Neil McArthur, chief executive of the Gambling Commission, told the programme that the rise in figures was down to a number of complex reasons.

He said: "We're pushing the industry to know its customers, and part of this is actually, possibly, a good sign because it's suggesting that consumers are demanding more of the gambling operators. And I would encourage them to continue to do that."

The betting industry has enacted a number of safer gambling measures in recent months, including a voluntary whistle-to-whistle ban on most sports advertising, increased funding for problem gambling charities and better use of technology to identify gamblers with potential issues.

The Panorama investigation, titled Addicted to Gambling and hosted by Bronagh Munro, will be broadcast at 8.30pm on BBC1 on Monday.
