I am getting so sick and tired of this BS! Honestly!July day we had to wait until the following day to get paid! My dad withdrew R30k a couple of weeks ago on two occasions and they had plenty of stories! The other day, they had horse scratched that was running! I give up.....

Both these horse ran, but showed as scratchings when my bets were placed! And also not an isolated issue!!

There was two or three horses scratched from the last... If they were fancied runners and deductions apply they are probably having to manually settle

Had the same problem the meeting at Thirsk 2 days ago. The horses withdrawn at the start were at 33/1 and upwards in the betting, yet there was a lengthy delay in the payouts , even though the Tote was All Clear and the dividends were scrolling on the results screen in Holly.
When questioning the cashier why the delay after 35 mins or so after the race was run, was told by the cashier that it is not paying yet, don't you understand English?
Left a bad taste coming from a born- free, I've been more than 40 years in racing!
