Can’t believe how many 100 + rated horses there are in SA now

we have lot sa superstars now.
if under cover agent runs will be the highest rated horse to ever race in SA.
Better than Horse Chestnut, Pocket Power etc etc

Let's get real.....these horses should never be rated that high!

in my opinion our handicappers have FCUKED up the system and don't know how to fix it.

The domestic/local ratings are not linked to international ratings. Undercover Agent 130 rating is not equivalent to a 130 international rating.

when i look at a stud book and see mare rated 130 i expect the rating to be consistent across all racing countries. technically UA actually racing off a 114 but NHRA should never allowed the situation to occur. they are robbing us of super stars and giving us racing for the masses with this MR system

Have to agree - as I said when the topic came up at the time of the 10 point increase - we now have a situation which is worse than what we started off with - and still no one could explain to me what the problem is with having MR38 and MR42 handicaps - if that is what the majority of the population is rated at, program the necessary races - yes we have scope creep - but rather try and find a way to avoid or at least minimize the effect of scope creep - an arbitrary increase of 10 points - surely there has to be a better way I'm sure the international audience is watching this and shaking their heads
