Disgraced Steinhoff CEO Markus Jooste was dealt a blow in the high court in Cape Town on Monday – and now, for the first time, will have to put his case to the court.

Am I correct that this claim only relates to du Toit of PSG? What about the rest?
Précis from Fin24:
The judge rejected an exception Jooste lodged against Jaap du Toit’s claim. The claim relates to PSG shares Du Toit swapped for Steinhoff shares in 2015, which caused him to suffer a R740m loss.
According to du Toit’s attorneys, Jooste and Ben la Grange, former financial director, can’t appeal against the court’s finding, and he (Jooste) will now have to submit a plea. This will then be the first time that Jooste will have to put his case to the court. He has to submit his case in the next twenty working days.
Du Toit is claiming that Jooste and le Grange knew that the representations were false.
But for this unlawful conduct du Toit says he would not have swapped the shares.
