Tab Declares wrong tote favorite ...............can you fix it please

Turfies race five baron Rodney no 2 and pigeon rock both ended up at R2.90 on the tote .

The rule says both should be declared joint tote favorites .
Another rule states the horse that finishes in front of the the other will be declared tote favorite .

If either rule applies Pigeon Rock is the tote favorite .

Bob can you please escalate it .

The 5 was also less for a place at R1.1 vs R1.3

Something fishy going on here!

Remember we work in 10 cents so one could have actually been paying 2-90 and the other one 2-91 and they would both show 2-90.
The tote would obviously make the favorite the one who is paying less.
We can’t see it but they can.
