I do a deposit to my online acc horse ago that does not reflect. When I call customer care( hahaha if there is such a thing)I'm told if I used FNB there I'd nothing they can do because they busy with maintenance. When I ask why do you not put a warning on the TAB online site that there is a problem I'm told they did do that but on Tellytrack. And how exactly does that help me when I'm traveling in my car. Or how does it help thousands of others who aren't watching Tellytrack?????. Oh sorry of course screw the punters what do we bring to the game why tell them anything. Sorry for the sarcasm I'm just pissed off.

And they wonder why we all go to our bookies to place our bets. A full day later and after a call this morning to customer whatever line this ( it's hard to call it service line) the deposit done yesterday still does not reflect. Sure there may have been a backlog .. but seriously!!!. They are Pathetic. It's no wonder the open bet is killing them they just dont seem able to grasp what is needed. So as MDK suggests..stop slinging off and do something which Is exactly what I'm doing.. going to my friendly helpful bookmaker and in so doing denying some more stake money to the hopeless operators.
