stacked Hind Legs?

Could someone explain the reason for being scratched listed as:

stacked hind legs

what does that mean? i googled and could not find a definitive answer

could mean......stacked bandages....meaning the bandage is too thick(wound around cotton wool) and therefore not suitable to run with.....:unsure:

I also do not understand some of these new descriptions. However, I assume that it means swollen hind legs. This is often just a "48 hour" virus symptom. There are other causes for swollen hind legs. Sometimes also feed intake related.
Maybe Craig can add ?

....but then why not use the simple term swollen or swelling in hind legs.....the term stacking is associated with the bandaging of legs using a cotton wool base or middle layer over a gauze base then over wrapping with bandages.....:huh:
