Mac de largo vet report

I must say for months a few cleaners have been writing about Mac de lago, I was one who couldn’t understand how anyone could allow this horse to land up in Kimberley after the racing career he has had.
Be that as it may, the new owners and trainer thought they would cash in.The merit rating has halved,Monday the horse didn’t even jump.
The starting stall certificate was withdrawn.
The vet vet was asked to look at this horse and found him to be not striding out and recommended a indefinite suspension.
I for one felt sorry for them when Kimberley was under threat of closure but if this is becoming a center to drill the horses to the end then I don’t support it anymore. A trainer should know when to stop.
The same day we saw a cpt horse whose merit rating dropped down to 20 getting retired on the day he was meant to have another run. 20?
Shicking.
