Race 1
Michael Roberts
No 7 Sir Pom - He's a nice horse and ran a decent barrier trail. He should run a respectable race
Race 2
Karen Anthony
No 7 Keep On Cruising - We will be trying the blinkers on her and hope to see an improved run
Michael Roberts
No 13 Collateral Beauty - Can be unpredictable as she refused to jump last time. If she does come out on terms, she should be a runner
Dennis Drier/Stuart Ferrie
No 8 The Grinn - She's a small filly but ran a respectable barrier trial. She may still need the experience
Race 3
Karen Anthony
No 11 Miller Man - Has his first race after a decent barrier trial. He is fit and well .Alyson Wright
No 14 Masterofallisurvey - Shows better work at home than he has shown in his races and we're hoping to see some improvement
Brett Crawford/Peter Muscutt
No 3 Matchless Captain - He's having his first run in Kzn after showing some fair Cape form. His work up to now has been solid and he could run into the money
Dennis Drier/Stuart Ferrie
No 9 Candyman - He's a nice horse and put up a good barrier trial. One to include in quartets
No 3 Ramsay - Was a little disappointing last time out. He tries blinkers and can hopefully reproduce his penultimate run.
Race 4
Doug Campbell
No 10 King's Cove - He looks to be a bit outclassed here. Could sneak a place at best
Dennis Drier/Stuart Ferrie
No 3 Forthelastime - Tries a longer trip. One to include in the quartets
Race 5
Doug Campbell
No 8 Eden Gardens Glitz - Returns from a short rest but is working well at home and should run a good race
Race 6
Alyson Wright
No 11 Jardin - He seems to have lost his way and we're just hoping to see some improvement.
Michael Roberts
No 4 Charlie Fox - He drops down in the ratings. He is also equipped with the blinkers and i'm hoping for a nice run
No 6 Great Dictator - Although he seems better suited to the poly track, he seldom runs a bad race and could finish in the money
Dennis Drier/Stuart Ferrie
No 3 Liquidity - His last run can be ignored as he hit his head on the pens at the start. .Expect a better run.
Race 7
Alyson Wright
No 2 Gail Force - She has her first run out the maidens which is not easy. She can be a difficult filly, so we're just hoping for a decent run from her.
Wayne Badenhorst
No 5 Mai Tai - She does seem to be better on the turf track and i'm expecting a good run
Race 8
Doug Campbell
No 10 Ruby Cove - Hoping to run into the placings
Dennis Drier/Stuart Ferrie
No 7 Mission Beach - She usually finishes close up and once again should be running on nicely at the business end.
LATE NEWS: Trainer Tony Rivalland said his runners are fit and well and have a winning chance

Three people all had three different strong tips for this race.

This Kennedy is riding like a man possessed.
I would love to know what the formula is for the big improvement in his riding!
