.....still have some winning bets trapped in the system where they show dividends as zero....also they left 1st leg of the JP open until the running of 2nd leg.....so little betting opportunities yet they continue to f@ck it up....so what is their chance of surviving....they are bound to go t!ts up along with Edgars SAA and many others....

So I think the right thing to do would be refund the Sunshine Coast jackpot, but what about the punters who are still in?
It could definitely be manipulated if it was still open before the 2nd leg but why should punters who are still in their jackpot just get a refund because of the totes stuff up.

.....got refunded for all bets that were trapped in the system....they are going to have to cancel our JP bets as it is unfair on the Ozz punters as it their pool.....that is unless the fault was on their side too.....

Ok so refund on the tote but what will the bookies do as they would have closed the jackpot as the race started?
Will they pay out our tote dividends (which is a refund) or payout tabtouch dividends.

....tote JP refunded....but no place dividends for the last race...all place bets refunded too....:S

.....no more love for the operator....they may as well shut it all down....if the tote and the media machine cannot operate properly under level 4.....then local racing is doomed period.....

Depending on which bookie you wagered your bet with. I got a payout although I ran a loss.

They will give you a payout as per the Aus Tote, from Tabtouch if you caught it.

We know the communication links failed, what we want to know is why they failed.
Give us some explanation as to why this happened, did the internet not work, did the undersea cable fail, did someone forget to press a necessary button on their computer, did someone take an extended tea break, was the workforce on shift not trained properly to deal with these problems?

....even got the facts wrong in that rather thin excuse....only Sunshine coast 3 races refunded....as for the others they mentioned there were no pools on Tabonline as their online system was still closed at 05h35 maybe they refunded bets to TABgold customers as it may have been open their side only.....

....maybe I should stay up later at night and then sleep through the Ozz racing in the early morning because it is no longer worth the buzz it used to give me....

Surely WHY is Morphetville not covered on TOTE? WHY???
The people that lead us dont even understand what racing is?
There are big races in South Aus and our local tab is busy covering poor tracks such as Kempsey with MR50 races.
As i type the jackpot pool is more than AUD150k; compare with other tracks.
What excuse can they give besides that the random system which pick the tracks they cover missed the track.

Do they even have time to peruse/ browse the internet and find out what races are there???

Is it another commingling problem lol
