...and problems start when 1 track is abandoned like yesterday; more over that track had 2 legs in Quickmix. Its pointless to structure 2 legs of 1 track in quickmix esp days when there are plenty of tracks to choose from. Its one area where they have to be consistent.

Absolutely useless even given all the trouble they are in they can't get simple things right. Deposit done at around 10.30 plenty of time to get a PA on at Happy Valley. Still no funds in acc. Try the help line held on for 23mins. F%$#ing useless. No wonder they going under. So no PA on tote now its gone on with my bookie.

Received a private message from someone asking if this was for Tab or Tabgold! Which shows that someone is at least reading and trying to address issues . After 5 hours I finally got through on the help line and issue was resolved at 3.05 pm but bets already placed with bookie. It's good to see that someone is at least trying as a result of posts on ABC.

After going all clear in St Cloud race 3 they reversed all winning bets as I was investing in the next race

Another b@lls up with the last race in Zim.....I was paid out for the trifecta and played up the winnings and now looks like they are in process of reversing the result a hour and a half after the all clear and now I have a negative balance.....

Many commingled pools on the nine Australian race meetings on which TAB operated betting this morning had to be refunded.

This was due to software issues with the host wagering system in Australia. TAB apologises for the inconvenience to customers.

Not sure why Ballarat trots have resulted on TABONLINE.

Is it another software issue?

I trust HW settle dividends as usual with Supertab dividends. Not sure why HW are not offering ALL Aussie Jackpots rather than be "led from behind" by our local tab which limits what tracks we bet on.

You would probably be the 876 560th customer this year complaining that will never get a response. You will be lucky if they read the email.

A certain Dean (from telly) used to answer some queries but suddenly vanished. I presume he was warned of solving and attending to queries posted through ABC.

However we will continue to cry and vent out anger in the hope of reforming incompetent mindset with management.
