Seems it's impossible to get your winning paid out from hw currently.

None of their communication channels work either.

Any help would be appreciated.

I did two withdrawals ,one last night and one about an 45 minutes ago,both paid out within 15 mins.

By the way,I did not get a notification via my bank,like I normally do,I had to log into my bank app to check if the deposit was done

Finally managed to speak to a very arrogant online agent, because I changed my mobile number a selfie needs to be submitted. But they will not tell you where to send it.

Very disappointed and frustrated at how difficult it is to get helpbfrom hw and ultimately your own money back.

Try one of their whatsapp numbers? Tell them you need to submit a selfie and add your account number?

Well, their whattsapp number doesn't work and emails don't get responded to, One would expect that they've had ample time to setup for this lock down and offer a decent customer service, all their telephone lines still says that they will repoen at 6am. A true South African company I guess.
