Hollywoodbets payouts during lockdown

Can someone please advise how this works during lockdown, if i had won about R9k using my online account, does the money get paid into my online account or must i wait for normal operations to resume to cash in at a local shop?

Appreciate any feedback.

More specifically, how do i withdraw that money from my online account, does HWB pay this into my bank account if requested to do so?

How did you deposit?

It usually gets paid back to the option you deposited by.

Card to card
Bank to Bank etc

But yes you can withdraw back to your bank

hi all...just an observation during this time is that bets take longer to payout than usual...especially hollywood who wait for all clears from tab first on certain overseas centres ...surely as a separate entity you should have the capacity to confirm results instead of piggy backing an already slower entity??...just a q

Mate , i never really solved your query

Yes you can withdraw to a bank!

But if your mate used another deposit option, he will most likely be asked to withdraw the same way.

There is also other factors, like bonus money turnover etc

Hi Saint Tropez
You can submit your banking details to Hollywoodbets and we will process the withdrawal into your bank account. We also have all the eWallet and Cash Send options, so you can also withdraw at an ATM. When branches reopen, you will be able to withdraw from there too. Your account must be FICA validated before you can withdraw.
