He has come under criticism lately but today he has just proved he's still got it.

Some great racing imo - and Striker pushed back the years in no uncertain terms.
A few results way out there and it showed again how dependent we as punters (big or small) are on information; it depends on who the guys at TT decides to interview - glaring example was Golden Belle (morning Kitkat
) - after the race the trainer tells all and sundry that he 'was never in doubt that she will win' (or words to that effect) - which firstly seems a strange comment as the filly started at 40/1 (while the stable mate found plenty of betting support) - and secondly of course as the guys at TT (for whatever reason) did not get any comments from the stable, nobody seemed aware of the confidence .... :huh:
