6 meetings scheduled for July.
1st on the 7th and then squashed together to the back end of the month.
with data available
WC has had 1055 ( SA total 5469- down from 6194 in 2018/2019 season) different horses run this season of which 542 have generated a merit rating. doubt the 513 are all 2 year olds but dont have an easy way of checking.
racing in the western cape must be the dullest uninspiring venue in the country. they have the best bred horses, but they never run and when they do they are in fields of 5 or 6.
owners there must be of the patient breed.
