I found this quite amusing at first but seems to becoming quite frequent among english speakers now. I think the error just gets repeated and will probably become the norm eventually as more people think it is correct. This has literally happened to the word LITERALLY among millennials and younger

Another favourite of mine.

It is a MUTE point.

I think Joey from Friends was close with "its a moo point".

Another I have heard but not as frequently and not on media

They keep making me the ESCAPE goat.

Any other funny sayings that anyone has heard?
