Well, if you believe in MR then Swindon's Pride is out at the weights with Karnallie and drawn 8 of 8 over the Turfontein 1400m's is another 2 length handicap. Granted I do not particularly like Karnallie despite the fact that it has Striker up and he will almost certainly take it to the front. This one has had a very tough season to date ..

For me the most likely winner will come from the Paul Peter trio with my leaning towards Euro Cent. Stayed on doggedly first time out and that form has worked out well with Dark Tide coming out to win next time out, as well as Prospector and Iron Mike who both finished behind him.8/1 a win and 16/10 a place makes 'cents' to me {grin}

I think that we saw two very smart young horses in race 3 in Catch 22 and Red Ten- a great 1-2 for Elusive Fort who is now churning out the winners. This season 6 winners and 9 places from 29 runners so far, and is the early leader top of both the general sires list and the sire of 3yo list. Obviously one week does not make a season, but we are hopeful of a strong showing from him this year as he has numbers on the ground and some quality youngsters.

Secret Potion and Elusive Woman look decent ew bets in races 6 and 7 respectively.

We have Encryption running in the 8th- a very open F&M handicap. She gets a much better draw today, and she is reportedly fit and well, and I think that she has a fair ew chance today.
