A few I fancy :-
R2) Cloud Seeder, appears to have been run out of it late over 1100m last time, going a 1000m tomorrow, hopefully can stay on and win this. Made good improvement from first to second run, with further improvement, should go very close.
R3) Somerset Maugham, recently turned three year old going the distance for the first time and taking on some moderate older horses. Not well weighted in terms of the weight for age scale, but looks like the one open to the most improvement.
R6) Winter's Awakening, holding form well, yet to run unplaced since having blinkers fitted. One from one over the distance, albeit when winning it's Maiden, can go in again tomorrow.
R7) Photocopy, see there has been some betting support. Has carried more weight against stronger, so with the apprentice allowance must be a runner here.

Guessing has never been widely acclaimed as a good gambling strategy.

Some light rain the last hour or two and it looks to be over shortly and the rest of the day will be clear. Soft track

13h35 Fort Agopian 14/1 (top 4 place 2/1) Should actually be in top 3 but favourite looks strong Somerset Maugham 9/10 and will be taking exacta Somerset Maugham/Fort Agopian straight. Both love the wet which we have today.
15h00 Rock The Night 7/1 Has appie claiming 4kg and has a good chance with some of them at the weights. Ran an improved run last start after being baulked at the 200m mark. 6.5kg better off with number 10. BIG RUNNER
Race 6: Big Suze 20/1 She has dropped massively in the weights (15 pounds) and should improve now back to a winning mark. Has a eachway chance
Race 7: Photocopy 6/1 MY BEST BET. Loves the wet back from Natal and has beaten the favourite Green Jacket on numerous occasions and is still better off at the weights. Has the beating of Elusive Trader, Savea and Bernie
Race 8: Fateful 16/1 HE IS NOW 4 POUNDS LOWER THAN WINNING MARK. Is 3kg better off with favourite Moon Rock and has a favourable draw of 4. Nice handy weight and should run well for a good price
Cheers

We have had a lot of rain these past few days and hopefully we will get through the card. Its difficult to assess which horses will act in the heavy going.
We have just one runner today- Helen's Ideal in 7th. She was badly in need of her first run back from the break, and although she probably needs this run to get to her peak she should have come on from her previous.

hi all
quite difficult with a pen of 31 and should suit front runners
agree with Bayern on races 2 and 3
race 4 fancy Affirmation so worthwhile treble with the top 2
all of Punters magic tips could have a shout in the outcome
Remember a lot of talk around Jolly Josephine last time ...
play cautiously though...not a card to take lighly
