Race Track: Turf. 2500m near oval circuit inside Standside Track. All races run clockwise round turn with run-in of slightly less than 500m. Track rises 10m from the 1400m to the 500m marks.
Best Draws: Low-number draws preferable over 1450m and 1600m.

Race 1. Of the raced runners Dawn of a New Era good debut and with natural improvement is selected to beat Visiway.
Race 2 Zimbaba should win this easily.
Race 3 Elusive Swann a narrow selection to beat Enrico Cecchetti. Thunder jet has been off form but could surprise if regaining early form.
Race 4 Rapid Fire run off its feet last time but on best form is the one to beat. Vars Vicky promising sort and the main danger. Lightly raced runners 1, 3, 4 could improve to surprise.
Race 5 Southern Charm very good debut and should win here. Wine Tasting, Letitias Angel look next best and Gee for Go and Entente have chances.
Race 6. My filly Encryption is up in class in a very competitive race. She is fit and well and should again be competitive. Not much between her Just Kidding and Strada Statale. Kaylas Champ should be very competitive off her current rating. Some older hard knockers as well.
Race 7 Another open handicap with some improving 4yos taking on older. I raced Lady Windermere, so will be rooting for Oscar Wilde, and I think one of the 4yos will win, but not much between them.
Race 8 I’m in the camp of the 3yo’s here, with Legal Star down in class the first choice, but respect for Let there be Light and Miss Venezuela.

Maybe the Vet got that one wrong at the start.
Don't think he picked up the injury Of Fantastic Impact after he reared in the pens.Clearly something amiss in the running.
