FYI - Latest ammendments to rescue plan

Dear Sir/Madam

I attach a schedule of amendments to the business rescue plan that I will propose for approval at the meeting convened in terms of section 151 of the Companies Act.

I also attach a comparison between the business rescue plan and the proposal set out in the letter from Betfred circulated last week to assist you in deciding how to vote at the meeting on 1 September 2020.
