We are probably grasping at straws but if you read the detail it says Betfred will accept the outcome of the court, not sure about MODs reaction?

.....why would MOD want to walk away......they actually have more skin in the game than most.....2 highly successful stud farms and they need a viable market.....they were going to unload PGI anyway....it is BETFRED that will need to knock off a chunk or 2 in their offer as this is one of the jewels they are after.....

Both came over well

Betfred to the point and obviously have serious financial back up and would employ SAfricans to run business.
BEE would also seek local help.

MOD as normal Charles came over well and its clear they have more commitment and probably a better grasp on the local situation and the ladies put help up front before anyone else.
