Just some clarification on my part Lionel, you are discussing two separate issues here, (1) either to win all the legal suits lodged to prove that the election was fraudulent and have the election result overturned, or (2), if that fails, then to prove the deep state exists to vindicate himself, or to try and again overturn the outcome of the election? Trump must put up, or shat up.

Hi Bayern. I mean both actions will have to be combined. To prove the election was rigged, he would probably have to prove the deep state exists.

@ Lionel, these legal battles will go no-where. Here are three allegations lodged :-
They have evidence that 15 people who died some time ago, casts ballots, and that's not all, an additional 6 who are dead registered to vote. Even if they took these 21 ballots away from Binden's total, Biden is ahead by 1000's.
The Republicans have asked the Court to set aside the 8500 ballots which arrived late. Again, the margin of victory is in excess of 20 000, not sure that would swing the State vote in Trump's favour.
This is my favourite, they went to Court to say, "a friend, of a friend, of a ballot counter, witnessed ballot tampering". This third person hearsay of which they have no proof.
I think this is the net result of incestuous relationships.

For the simple reason that it is the electoral college that determines the president and not the media...the media are trying to re-inforce the narrative of QPPJoe being the "president-elect" so that if the courts rule against the Democrats, they will say the judges appointed by DJT sided with DJT to steal the elections...
And state legislatures determine electors for electoral college...almost all the disputed states have Republican legislatures though 2 or 3 have Democrat governors...
In Pennsylvania, the Democrat governor, Tom Wolf, couldn't pass his elections wish list through the Republican state legislature so issued an executive order and went to the Democrat state supreme court to get it done...that is what the US supreme court deferred ruling on prior to the election as they were tied 4-4 (Roberts sided with the Democrat judges and ACB didn't participate as she didn't have time to review case)...what was requested was that the ballots received after 8pm on election day be kept separately but the Democrat secretary of state and governor had electoral officials not keep them separate and included them in count already done...hence Justice Alito had to remind them of the need to keep those later arriving ballots separately until US supreme court makes final decision...I think it is this Friday...
And in Michigan. a computer "glitch" allocated 6000 Republican votes to Democrat...when corrected, the Republican won the congressional seat...
There is more to come out...I think 10 days must pass after the election before disputes can be lodged so later this week should see DJT come forward to explain his contentions and proof in support thereof...
Long way to go to electoral college in December and Congress ratification of results in January...
@ Dave and the Trump supporters, only concentrate on the State of Pennsylvania. The lead is 43 000, for Biden, and growing. The outstanding ballots are from Democratic strong-holds, very difficult seeing them overturning 43 001 ballots as all being irregular, fraudulent, from dead people, non-residents, add as many other reasons you want, you will not overturn 43 000 votes.
Truly amazing the majority of Republicans are very silent on this circus.

.....I believe that they found about 15 dead people voted there.....this is no way a conspiracy..... but probability blank postal ballot papers being intercepted by who knows who.....pranksters dipshits or even Republicans to try test the postal vote mechanism......and this 6000 vote glitch .....why is more noise not been made on this issue...sounds like more FAKE news maybe....:huh:
