Bayern, your comment "The person alleging a crime took place needs to prove it" is not how it works, normally.

Example, I report suspicious activities. The investigators investigate it. That's how it works. That's how fraud hotlines work, as an example.

I report a suspicious vehicle in the neighborhood. I call the cops. They go check it out. I don't. Now, the cops don't just go and arrest the suspects, as in your "hanging" example. That's ludicrous to suggest. They go and investigate it.

The people that signed affidavits allege nefarious activities took place. Somebody should be appointed to investigate those. YES?No?

Those affidavits carry with it a penalty of perjury, which leads to imprisonment (up to 7 years in some states) if proven to be false.

Lawyers filing false law suits face the prospect of being disbarred, if those law suits lack merit.

You are correct, the problem arises when the people stand before a Judge, if it gets that far, either withdraw the allegation, or don't have the evidence to prove the allegation. The burden of proof lies with the person claiming the affirmative e.g. something fraudulent has taken place - okay, prove it.

Lawyers filing false law suits face the prospect of being disbarred, if those law suits lack merit.
Like (i think) PeterD may have said, in the US you can litigate all you want, that's your right, which is what the Republicans are doing right now - by the way, they are 1 for 37 lodged as we speak. I think the 15/12/2020 their time runs out, by which point, they must have supplied evidence of some of these allegations, for the Court to reverse a decision. Even if the win-one, there are not enough votes to "give" Trump to have a new result wherein he now wins the State being contested.

Bayern let them stew, its over and there is nothing that Trump or his faithful 5 on ABC can do about it. They can cry foul for the next 4 years and beyond as the Republicans wont come in again for a generation. Biden will attack Covid and save tens of thousands of lives unlike Trump who cost the US 270K of its people. Biden will bring peace and calm around the world and he wont use his position to promote hatred and racism.

My opinion is simple it is not only the USA that has failed to control this epidemic but most of the civilized world that report the stats correctly. Biden will like all others be unable to control it even with the vaccine which may help him reduce it a luxury Trump fought hard to get. As for bringing world peace and calm please explain how you suggest he will do this as he didn't when he was VP and had the president ear. How many wars did the Trump admistration enter into?

Trumps 270k deaths you claim he has caused is relative to the rest of the world percentage wise so it seems like all leaders have failed
I still remain one of the 5 you refer to and you are entitled to your opinions about Biden but I will remind you in 4 years time God willing we are both around.

Attack Covid? You mean hide away for as long as it takes for it to disappear.

Is Trump responsible for the dem governors who sent covid+ patients into retirement homes? That would be considered murder, by normal standards.

Bring peace and calm...please cite examples of when and how he did this, in the ~40 years he is in politics.

Trump cleaned out the pentagon advisors...all dinosaurs (Kissinger, Albright etc). Talk about taking on the establishment. People who have been in power for decades, and used that power for bad.

www.cnsnews.com/blog/michael-w-chapman/f...ic-claims-inaccurate

He further claimed that he had earned "three degrees." In reality, Biden earned a B.A. with a double major (History and Political Science) from the University of Delaware in June 1965. He was ranked 506 out of a class of 688 students.

Mediavine
As the Washington Post reported on Sept. 22, 1987, Biden's "undergraduate academic records show that he graduated from Delaware 506th in a class of 688 with a 'C' average and that he got his undergraduate degree with a dual major in history and political science."

In another untruth, Biden claimed that he had attended law school on a "full scholarship." When he finally released his academic records in September 1987, they revealed that "he attended law school on a half-time scholarship based on financial need and that he graduated 76th out of a law school class of 85," reported The Post.

Hoender, Is this your hero? He is going to change the world? TSK TSK TSK .... you set the bar very low !!
