Morning All
Gonna try a yankee today - Pretty Border/Sell High/Initiator/Battle Creek
My outsiders for the day both run in the same race, for the same trainer and owners Cotopaxi and Tequila
Lastly, Fransie Heroldt makes his return today. All the best!
Have fun everyone

Competitive racing - even the Pinnacle Plates close matched - thoughts:
R3: Rouge Allure looks the right one to me; Risk Taker and Kayla's Champ yet to prove effective over 1600, Tahitian Orana up in class
R4: Wide open - I'm starting the P6 with an F
R5: Pretty Border dropping in MR all the time, chance here; Illuminate has not won in more than 2 years, so not for me; Tartan Dancer looks the value on her penultimate, Sammy Moosa always thereabouts, but also has not won for almost 2 years - not easy
R6: Pinnacle Stakes where American Indian looks the right one; Clever Guy tries the trip, so who knows; Shenanigans upset potential on his return to the Highveld; tries blinkers and the allowance of 2.5 kgs could make him competitive here
R7: Open handicap; Oscar Wilde looks the improver and should be cherry ripe; Zeal and Zest like the track and could challenge; Sell High obvious chance as well, while Category Four keeps on improving, but the 1800 may be a stretch and should be held by OW and Rooi Tom , while Sworder Street looks to be high in the handicap, but did beat the Derby winner by 9 lengths in his maiden
R8: Initiator the right one for me; Oceania obvious claims, while Over the Limit could prove the value
R9: Competitive close; Putins Promise needs to time it right and could find the 1200 a bit sharp; Precious Stone tries 1200, chance as well and Written in Stone should again be right there; this is not easy though and even runners like Grindelwald and Touch of Fate can upset - another race to include as many as the budget allows
Enjoy
