It really is a stunning property and some decent horses have come through here. Ralph Rixon built it and then David Payne owned it followed by Ricky Maingard who won Gr1’s from here, who sold it to my father and we had lots of fun and winners and also sub let it to Mike de Kock who won a Gr1 from here as well. It really is a stunning place!

My father is retiring and joining my mother and the rest of the family in Newmarket UK hence the sale but if he had his way, he would never leave.
