Finally made the move to WSB - Cheers Hollywood

This week alone, I have spend more than two hours of my time and more than R100 in airtime just to sort out issues with Hollywoodbets.

Payments not reflecting, struggling with withdrawals and now this morning a huge mission just to try and cancel bets after all the scratchings at Greyville. I will also make it my mission to convince all my friends and family to do the same. One would think that with over 1500 retrenchments daily in our lovely country, companies would look better at loyal customers.

maybe your account is an isolated issue? i use hollywood everyday and deposits reflect almost immediately and withdrawals are complete within the hour, reflecting in my bank account.

good luck with wsb...catch a few consecutive average size bets and you will be limited to under 1k, as for withdrawals take 3 to 5 working days

I got no concerns with either of the above..

But HW withdrawal process is by far top class for me.

While HW has a fair limit on my account. I am still happy with the withdrawal process. At times 1 hour is too long.

Keep your HW account open, chance is very good that you will make use of it again.

You wont go wrong with WSB. No issues and if there are any, it will be sorted swiftly.

Admittedly though, Interbet is still the place for the professional punter imho.

I have been a HWB account holder going on 12 years, yesterday I tried to access winning form online only to receive a message that my account was inactive. After 5 emails ,I received a snotty email saying that because I entered the incorrect password 3 times, that I now need to re Fica in order to unlock my account.I did not enter the incorrect password,my password is form saved on my laptop..

Anyway I'm not going to jump through hoops to reopen my account due to a fault emanating from HW Bets side

I will use my 2 other online accounts,Au revoir Hollywood.
