Having taken a bet on hollywood.
The soccer matches have completed over an hour ago and still not been resulted.
Terrible service.
Then i call the call Centre.
The agent says “u just have to wait it will take time”🤣
Laughing stock.
No wonder i always see complaint posts about hollywood on abc.

Especially on Saturdays it can take way more than 1 hour,sometimes even 4 or more hours.
It's obvious their system can't cope.
Punters give money straight away so shouldn't wait this long for their bets to be cleared,they might want to take another bet.
Do other bookmakers have the same problem with football bets on the weekends?
