Who are they running Borrowdale racing for?

No interest on these races from punters whatsoever, no Tellytrack coverage, and yet, someone is having a field day manipulating the local pools offered. Race 2, four horse race, every horse bar one was paying over R20 on the tote for a win, and the one that won was 2/1 with the bookies.

This is where the open bet could come and bite the bookies in the bum.
Manipulate the tote and take the open bet with the bookies

In Good Time was paying 80c on the tote for a win.
The pool was R4794,take out is 25% so if all the pool was on IGT it would pay 75c.
So must have been around R4500 on IGT.

And again, no punter that is big enough to play over 4k is going to be ignorant enough to bet that amount without checking the pool size, and without being able to see the race being run. You notice this always happening generally with the races that Tellytrack dont broadcast live. The same thing happened with the Mauritius race that Tellytrack showed a delayed broadcast with the places on Paddingtons Luck, who was the second favorite, paying R8 a place.

Bookies has limits for Open Bet Win and Place. If they feel that pool was low with no liquidity or if the pool could have been manipulated they will limit you to around 50% of the fixed odds price. So if the winner was 2/1 they shall pay you R4 for the Tote Win.

Borrowdale racing continued when Tellytrack and Saftote never cover it. So I doubt the Tote pools take out are covering their stakes.
Punters was complaining of no coverage. If you not paying anything towards their stakes why not cover the meeting.

I doubt it's some member of the public it's more likely someone who actually works for the tote.
The bookies are the ones who could find this person out.
Check with each other if there is a person who backed this horse with multiple bookies and bam you have your manipulator.

Naresh don't they have to prove it has been manipulated before they limit you?
I think they won't pay more than the total pool on that win,but still they would have to payout nearly R5000 if I put 250 wins and it all adds up if I use 5 different bookmakers.
