Scottsville hosts Sunday`s local races, an eight race card with a 12:45pm start time.

TRACK INFORMATION

Race Track: Turf. 2300m oval circuit. Races up to 1200m straight course; beyond 1200m clockwise round turn with 550m run-in. There are inside and outside tracks in races beyond 1200m with a common back straight and turns. The outside track joins the 1200m straight course at the 550m mark, while the inside track has its own run-in.

Best Draws: Low-number draws favoured 1600m.

Howzit all….yes tough card and see a little rain predicted around 1 and 2pm...but lets give it a bash

Race 1 you can take your pick lol
Race 2 - Sugar and Spice is very versatile and quick so good winning chance…if it flops then all of 4/8/11 to pick up the pieces.
Race 3 -Still think that they should have put the blinkers on Masango Machine but none the less its his race to lose….dangers could be anything past him…poor field
Race 4 - Seems like serving poor fields is becoming the norm in KZN and race 4 is no exception…another favorite in Komodosan but I am not convinced….I am going to shout for Techno Savvy each way
Race 5 is very competitive ….Slievanorra good place bet in this type of field and course
Race 6 ---not getting easier …gonna take a chance on recent maiden winner Beckoning Beauty as a first 3 place candidate.
Race 7 – Global Ash is running well so top contender for the number one spot…I am going to take him on with Kings Crusade
Race 8 – Shape of you’s race to lose …for exotics and if you want to cover then add 2/6/11

At least weather good just drove past the track an hour ago 👍

.....now for some rare tipping after me bitching all morning....in race 1 there are several 1st timers that were on sales lists but top pick is no 13 Spina Zonke to run a forward race if not too green....as for the rest of the card be very ....carefull of MJO'S runners as the stable is coming to form and he has several babies today that also appealed to me as far as genetics are concerned....
