I have uploaded FICA so many times now suddenly HW says I have not - acc no 4354- I tried again and it says you have already uploaded -I was paid out twice before FNB - before covid I used to withdraw at branch Boksburg -what more can I do ? my email kinecoins@yahoo.com

I tried to upload again and the platform declined as it said I had already uploaded fica docs

Thanks to ABC a consultant called this morning to apologize and say they had misplaced my ID/Drivers and now it has been corrected. I have tried to withdraw and hope all is now well as I don't enjoy branches since Covid
