The ANC government is busy kicking the inevitable down the road by repairing potholes whilst a bigger and bigger sinkhole is forming just below the surface...

South Africa still has a way to go...still has capacity to borrow and using high bond yields to plug the budget deficit...they know that 20+ cents in every Rand of tax revenue collected goes towards interest on debt, about 40+ cents in every Rand towards rewarding 1-1.5 million public "servants" (:lol: )...just that the current rulers are leaving the problem for some-one else to try to solve...even the so-called "good guys" (I don't believe they exist but apparently there are) - TM just wants to get to a full 5 year term so that he gets a full minister's pension, PG never had any credibility as our biggest 5 year increase in deficit was with him as Finance Minister during JZ's first term...and CR just likes the title of President...just not cut out for it...come to think of it, no President has cut it so with each iteration, the problems are exacerbated...

And getting their hands on the Reserve Bank will just kick the problem further into the future as can print money rather than having to borrow it...but Reserve Bank has already been helping on the sly...buying government bonds to provide liquidity...further enabling the endless thieving...

The ANC and its cadres have conducted themselves in a manner that makes one think they didn't believe they will rule for long so steal as much as you can while you can...and it is worse at local government level hence no money for actual provision of services...

So everyone knows what the problem is and we also know what the solution is...just going to take time for economics to bring about political change...I just hope that it will be in the next 10/15 years as that will enable experts in their fields to build this country from the bottom up...we need that sinkhole to appear quickly but I'll likely be at retirement age when it appears...dumbtists (my collective known for leftist organisations like the US Democrats and ANC, MSM, Hollywood and the rest of the alphabet soup and their sycophants) have schizophrenic policies that pander to all and end up drowning all stuck on their ship when it does go down and it will...

It should really be two lines...to save all of us our precious time in load-shedding darkness...

I, Squirrel Ramaposer aka CR7, hereby acknowledge that we are hurtling, at an accelerated rate, towards being a failed state (if not already there) due to the thieving of the ANC.
I also want to place it on record that I and my fellow thieves are clueless as to how and have no intent to arrest the decline because we have become so used to theft that we cannot live without our ill-gotten loot.

I don't doubt that...politicians go into "public service" supposedly as paupers and, if they leave, do so as multi-millionaires...BHO and Hillary prime recent examples thereof...they all in on the schemes...Democrat, Republican, Labour, Tory, ANC, etc... witness those in government for eons filling their pockets and enriching their related parties and entities...too many to list...
