RIP !! Many many hours of great entertainment, one of the best ever. Probably the best middle weight boxers of all times and they were around at the same time competing against each other. Sugar Ray Leonard, Reberto Duran, Marvin Hagler and Tommy Hearns. 15 rounds of mayhem every time they stepped into the ring. Skilled, gutsy, fit, hungry boxers always given their best and it was never easy to choose on the night the outcome.

Those were boxers. I remember staying up till the early hours of the morning to watch those fights. And then being too tired for church the next day.

Hagler was a favorite. Great boxer. Rest in peace champ.

One of the greats of boxing.
RIP champ.

Cnc306.....without causing you or anybody who had taken the vaccine any undue stress, but I have seen a tweet from Thomas Hearns, the boxer who was KO'd by Marvin. It says the vaccine landed Marvin in ICU and he called for prayers for the boxer.

Retweeted by Michelle Phelps, she came in for a lot of flak.

Sugar Ray Leonard was the media favourite but Marvelous Marvin Hagler was the best of all the four great middle-weights...

Read that he never fought again after he was robbed by the judges in his fight against Sugar Ray and then Sugar Ray "retired" so there wasn't an immediate rematch and then Sugar Ray returned to boxing once Hagler had retired and settled into a movie career in Italy and then offered Marvelous a rematch...seems like Sugar Ray did a duck...

Sugar Ray looked a better boxer but Marvelous put away his opponents...highest knock-out percentage of any middle-weight...

Rest in Peace...
