Warm sunny day, Headwind expected.
Race 1 Of the raced runners, Casa Inferno, Nippy Winter and Fly Better are the obvious three, selected in that order.
Race 2 Silver Salmon a skinny price but should win. Master Archie and Fifty Fiver next best of the raced runners.
race 3 Queen Niyabah ran a shocker under the WR last time, but with Van Niekerk up is the one to beat. Alloway Grove next best. Improvement likely from African Winter, Path to Go and Real Joy.
Race 4 Camps Bay, Wordsworth , Erturul, Smileatthesunset in that order. The lurker is Life on Mars after gelding.
race 5 Bite My Lip showed early promise and if finding her best form again can win. Daughter of Zeus is the one to beat, and Crimson Princess has been knocking on the door.
Race 6 Blingking a possible banker. Dangers Happy Aristocrat and Grand escape. Linguee fair debut and improvement likely.
race 7 I will put all the raced runners in he pick 6. Global Goddess, Zambaq and Karen Blixen get good draws, but Masked Vigilante and Persistance tough draws. First timers could be anything.
Race 8 An open handicap. Warrior Bling, Six Hills Giant, Van Gogh, Vision Of Fame and Winter's Awakening are my shortlist.
