Bookies really taking a beating the last week!
Kwintas Light now looks a penalty kick in Race 2!

Race 6 I think this is more open than the betting suggests. T'Challa deserves to be favourite, but Spring Awakening, De Bull, Ticket to Ride and Rostropovich all also improving 3 yos, and quite a few hard knocking older horses.
race 7 Another tricky race as some runners not yet proven the trip. The two fillies, Double Reward and Follow the Star are well in against the up and coming 3 year old colts and geldings.
race 8 van Gogh has good form, but was thrashed 16 times last time when failing to find a place. Bel Punto good improvement last time and will go close if repeating. Quite a few lightly raced potential improvers that could surprise. I have Cape Point having just his third run. Unfortunately a very wide draw, but he will relish the step up in trip and has plenty of scope for improvement. At a huge price worth throwing into quartets.
I also bred Exceeder, which was impeded last time, and is another that has no stamina doubts, Is another roughie to throw into quartets, and has a reasonable draw.

Is De Melo playing with a full deck?
Guessing has never been widely acclaimed as a good gambling strategy.

Did very well to keep it going but not so good in keeping the horse straight.
In saying that, can the stipes be 100% sure that the 2nd horse would have beaten the winner?
In my opinion no ways but you just never know with these okes.
Have seen worse interference get overruled.

He did have the whip in the right hand but the horse still shifted to its right

I cannot see the objection being upheld...normal racing that...

Well what was first thought a very good ride ended being a shit ride.
It was his job to keep the horse straight and the stipe obviously thought he hampered the second horse enough to make it lose.
But I don't agree with the outcome.
