cant wait it should be a fantastic race. pudding has mainly been kept to age and sex , not sure what she beat in the summer cup. ditto malmoos. green light top class but not good enough to beat his elders last season. malmoos derby time slower than athena oaks time so rather confused. maybe something outside these three upsets the odds

Actually think this will be the once and only time these 3 meet...

MDK disnae fancy the July, Got The Greenlight disnae stay the July trip and Summer Pudding has other options

I think a lot will depend on what happens tomorrow - Got the Greenlight unless something goes amiss will be a definite runner in the July - if I were MDK, I would definitely not rule out the July - as things stand, Malmoos would get 4kgs from Summer Pudding in the July - and tomorrow they are at level weights :ohmy:

Seems to be clearing a little already - so doubt it will turn up heavy - maybe just a little give in the ground; the mudlark I suppose is Tierra del Fuego - 6 tries in the soft, for 3 wins and 3 places - but I think 2000 is a problem for him; if one of the 3 big ones do get beat (which I really doubt), Barahin could maybe be the one to upset

I think if Malmoos wins tomorrow, he will go overseas, or be put away for the Cape summer season, where with a higher rating, he'd be better suited to those wfa races, rather than competing in the July after a "testing" season.

Guessing has never been widely acclaimed as a good gambling strategy.

mind boggling race trying to work out which will be the stronger on the day

for now i am going to take a couple of multiples with Malmoos...imo getting stronger with each run ..whatever happens will be the race of the year thus far
