MDK takes NHA to court

HIGH COURT APPLICATION


On 18 May 2021 the High Court in Johannesburg granted an order in an application brought by Trainer Mr M F de Kock against The National Horseracing Authority (NHA). The effect of the order is that the NHA will make available to Mr de Kock’s analyst, portions of urine specimens taken on two occasions, namely 28 November 2020 and 12 December 2020, from the horse QUEEN SUPREME, which specimens the NHA has alleged have tested positive for Caffeine and have subsequently been confirmed, containing such by the nominated reference laboratory.

Lol and he is going to win the judgment this nha is a joke of note. They want to fuck everyone around but can't organize a piss up themselves
