P6 Pools for Mauritius Racing

Pools in South Africa for the P6 usual range between 45k and 65k.
Last week there was a carry over of 24k.
Today's pool reached 42k.
Does anyone know why that carry over pool from last week was not added to today's pool.

Did they not stop carrying over pools into the same region years ago?

I was not sure whether it included Mauritius as well.
