WHEN DID COMPUTERFORM GO UP IN PRICE ?

Hi guys, I only buy COMPUTERFORM when I have a runner, so I bought one today for Sundays meeting at Tutffontein.

Low & behold the bloody price has gone up again. If I'm not mistaken it was still R12 at the start of the year. Then Robert Garner explained that we were going to get a NEW GLOSSY better COMPUTERFORM but at R 15
Now I guess, less than 6 months later its R20 ( 60% increase from the R12)

please don't give me this garbage about the fuel prices keep going up - petrol is
due to drop again next month ( 2 months in a row now )

When petrol comes down in October - will COMPUTERFORM REDUCE THEIR PRICE - I THINK NOT.

Trainers fees went up in the year.

R.A. fees went up 100 % this year ( yes I know they hadn't been increased for quite a few years )

WHAT CAN WE EXPECT TO GO UP NEXT.......... STAKES ????????

Also caught unawares, Elvis. Price went up just over a week ago.
Notice that the purchase price of 3 yr-old horses carded no longer appears (wef 1 August 2008).
Pay more for less. (Sound familiar ?)

They advertised (in Computaform) in previous isues that the price were going up; still seems a steep increase.

Purchase prices have been given more as an exception than a rule and I always wondered why some runners prices were given and others not; so now I don't have to wonder anymore; it's all gone - which is a pity.

That being said, I have always been a Computaform user, I find it much easier to handle than the Sporting Post and I also prefer the layout of the information; so I guess I will be forking out more - I suppose for me it is like the price of beer, always a bargain no matter the cost - lol
